The Contractors will apply with certificate of credentials for executed works of similar nature including valid T.L., S.T. Reg. (VAT Regn.) & PAN Card, etc. Eligibility: “At least one work, successfully completed of similar Nature of value not less than Rs.3.0 lacs for work in Govt./undertaking in the last two years.”
Tender documents will be issued from the Association’s office after obtaining the permission between 11.00 AM to 4.00 PM on any working day between 2.00 PM to 4.00 PM on receipt of the cost in cash.
Tenders in duplicate will be received up to 1.00 PM on 18.03.2010 and will be opened on the same day at 2.00 PM in presence of the tenderers who may be present at the time of opening.
Tenders must be accompanied by the Earnest Money in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft in favour of “The Indian Science Congress Association” along with tender paper. ISCA reserves the right to accept or to reject any tender without showing any reason thereof. |
